I saw NP Isaiah Fiso and will not be returning to this practice. Pros: Very nice in conversation. Cons: Guesses and treats symptoms without looking at my actual body, does not provide diagnosis. I went in and showed him a picture of my skin with blisters on it. I asked for a biopsy to see if I could get it diagnosed and confirm whether it was related to my autoimmune condition (which can also cause blisters). There is specialized testing that can see if it is from the body attacking the skin, which would be useful info for m... read more

Mostly positive experience, but they leave messages that no one in my household can understand. Still trying to get someone to tell me EXACTLY what they excised in a slow and understandable way. I have requested they write it down and was ignored. Funny, their voice mail states to speak slowly and clearly. Please teach your staff to do the same.

Dr Glaesser suggested instead for my wife to go over to the cash only cosmetic section to have it lasered off. My wife trusting the doctor scheduled the appointment. When the cosmetic nur... read more

Should change the name to: 'IRONSKIN' lol! They are very detailed and take multiple biopsies for anything that looks suspicious! Unlike other dermatology practices in the area. Therefore they find many more pre-cancer and cancerous areas that were never diagnosed as such before. They must go on volume because you will need to make multiple appointments to take care of any removals. Plus healing times in between. Make sure your insurance is in place and they are in the network as you will need it.
