I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience. This was not the first time my son has been told to "be quiet" by this dentist after expressing pain. Despite my son being clearly uncomfortable and asking for relief, the dentist's response was to dismiss his complaints in a very rude manner in front of me. Avoid This Dentist – Terrible Experience with My Child We had an absolutely terrible experience at tooth fairy factory w/ Dentist CC. She was completely unprofessional, raising her voice at my six year old repeatedly because he was complaining that drilling was hurting him . Instead of showing patience and understanding, she continued to scold him and confront him that it was not hurting.
