The Dr is very kind and patient, the nurses are awesome. The only thing i would say is the front desk staff can be a bit rude and unprofessional when you are waiting to check in or out.
We scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Simpson and we ended up seeing her assistant which was super sweet and friendly anyway but I feel like the mole concern should’ve been checked by the actual Dermatologist! I’m still not 100% sure my daughter’s mole is nothing.
The most knowledgeable dermatologist I have seen in El Paso and I've seen most of them!
