I personally have not seen dr. Simpson but my mom sees her. It is because of Dr. Simpson’s patience and curiosity that she alone among the whole other hosts of doctors that my mom has seen was able to diagnose my mom with an extremely rare autoimmune disease that affects the skin and muscles. This disease if left untreated could cause significant damage to her organs. Will not be going there ever again, can’t even get in contact with the front desk, nor get clarification on the status on my daughter’s medication, disgusted on how this (Dr) is running things.
The Dr is very kind and patient, the nurses are awesome. The only thing i would say is the front desk staff can be a bit rude and unprofessional when you are waiting to check in or out.
