I am no stranger to injury or surgery and have had incompetent doctors/surgeons. Dr. Pook was the opposite! I respected Dr. Pook immediately! He was direct, honest, and confident (everything i want to see in a surgeon). He put my ankle back together after a motorcycle crash. I always watch how assisting nurses attend a doctor. Nurses work with a lot of different doctors and their behavior will tell you how competent the surgeon is! Dr Pook was amazing ! Excellent surgeon. Kind and caring and explains everything in detail Has a great surgical team too ! My shoulder is now perfect ! Recommend 110%

A fabulous experience with Dr Pook. After the initial consultation I only had to wait a few weeks until my surgery whereas other clinics were months and months of waiting. Had reverse shoulder replacement on Oct 31 and everything is going so well. Not only is this surgeon extremely skilled he has a wonderful bedside manner. If you follow his directions completely you could not have anyone better.
