Don't live here but a family member is looking to live here, and I toured it with him. Apartments are unique and very nice, I would live here. The saleslady (can't remember name) was very nice
First let me start off by saying Kristin & Paris also Rihanna are amazing office staff. The apartments are very spacious and people are great here. Also so many amenities. I’m glad we choose to live here. The other apartments in the area with the whole 2 free months when you move in are bad news. Here they have cameras just in case they need them. Never really seen anything bad that requires to be on alert. Ok long enough rant just move in and be happy.
This place is discriminatory they don’t hire minorities and they go through staff like water. My girlfriend put an application in. They don’t care how knowledgeable a person may be if they have color to their skin they will… ever year they looking for an Assistant this a prime example it’s not the people it the company and atmosphere. When they do have minorities it’s only the yes ones that they can remind they are minorities and not to be a minority
Went there today to tour a unit and didn’t have an appointment. The staff was incredibly nice didn’t rush me took their time explained everything showed me several units. Paris answered every question we had and really went above and beyond. We will definitely be renting at this apartment complex. It’s so unique. The website doesn’t do it justice. You really have to go in person.
I absolutely love living at Dayton Mills. I used to live here and wouldn’t have wanted to live anywhere else. The apartment was in perfect condition when I moved in and the staff were always so quick to help whenever I had questions or needed help!
