I would never recommend Drayton Mills. It is beautiful on the outside but absolutely the worst living experience of my life. I could hear everything from my neighbors above me. The place is terribly insulated, and it leaks so easily. I lived on the second floor and had neighbors above me. Their bathtub and sink overflowed twice and leaked onto all of my appliances. Worst apartment experience I've had. Do not recommend.
Today is Saturday. 1:19pm. We came here to have a look and talk to someone, they have two signs (one saying they are open Saturday until 5pm and the other one saying “open - come in”. No one was there, the door was locked. Besides it was really hard to find the leasing office, the signs are extremely confusing! Very disappointed since we were interested in taking a tour! Don’t say you are open when you are not!!!!
My experience with this company is they will nickel & dime you & accuse you of things you didn’t do & stick you with their bills to fix it. I left the place better & cleaner than I found it when I moved in & didn’t get a full deposit back. I was accused of leaving pet hair & never owned a pet. I have never rented from anyone that I didn’t receive a full deposit back. Guess that’s what I get for being a good tenant & paying a huge rental bill on time every month.
