Today is Saturday. 1:19pm. We came here to have a look and talk to someone, they have two signs (one saying they are open Saturday until 5pm and the other one saying “open - come in”. No one was there, the door was locked. Besides it was really hard to find the leasing office, the signs are extremely confusing! Very disappointed since we were interested in taking a tour! Don’t say you are open when you are not!!!!
My experience with this company is they will nickel & dime you & accuse you of things you didn’t do & stick you with their bills to fix it. I left the place better & cleaner than I found it when I moved in & didn’t get a full deposit back. I was accused of leaving pet hair & never owned a pet. I have never rented from anyone that I didn’t receive a full deposit back. Guess that’s what I get for being a good tenant & paying a huge rental bill on time every month. Poor experience with staff do not answer questions appropriately and overall bad customer service
Don't live here but a family member is looking to live here, and I toured it with him. Apartments are unique and very nice, I would live here. The saleslady (can't remember name) was very nice
