We have really enjoyed our experience at Drayton Mills Lofts. From application to daily living, the experience has been the best we could have asked for. We love the history of the location, the exposed brick and the hardwood floors are so much charm. Our loft is beautiful and it just feel like home, comfortable and inviting. We have no plans on leaving anytime soon!
I would never recommend Drayton Mills. It is beautiful on the outside but absolutely the worst living experience of my life. I could hear everything from my neighbors above me. The place is terribly insulated, and it leaks so easily. I lived on the second floor and had neighbors above me. Their bathtub and sink overflowed twice and leaked onto all of my appliances. I absolutely love living at Dayton Mills. I used to live here and wouldn’t have wanted to live anywhere else. The apartment was in perfect condition when I moved in and the staff were always so quick to help whenever I had questions or needed help!
I would like to ask with all due respect, why isn't there a mailroom in the building to leave packages? It is extremely difficult to deliver door by door and carry 30 or more packages throughout the building. It is true that it is my job but it is super physically tiring more when we still have more packages to deliver on my route on Amazon
Today is Saturday. 1:19pm. We came here to have a look and talk to someone, they have two signs (one saying they are open Saturday until 5pm and the other one saying “open - come in”. No one was there, the door was locked. Besides it was really hard to find the leasing office, the signs are extremely confusing! Very disappointed since we were interested in taking a tour! Don’t say you are open when you are not!!!!
