I’ve lived at Drayton Mill Loft Apartments for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s a place I’m proud to call home. The property does an incredible job of blending history with modern luxury. The beautifully restored historic mill features soaring open ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors, massive windows that fill the apartments with natural light, and a variety of floor plans to fit different lifestyles. I also love having flexible office space available when I need to work outside my apartment. The amenities are outst... read more
What an amazing historical location and an amazing place to live. All of the office and maintenance staff I've met have been nothing short of awesome. Supremely helpful and pleasant to make conversation with. This building is old, yes, but it feels new. It feels like home and I'm glad me and my roommates found it. Definitely a shining gem in the Drayton/ Spartanburg area! I moved here back in August of 2025 and I couldn't be happier with this apartment. Great location, relatively quiet, cool neighbors, good vibes, and lots t... read more

The property is well maintained and I enjoy when I have company - everyone loves the location and loft space itself. I love the brick and hardwood floors. Best... read more
We have really enjoyed our experience at Drayton Mills Lofts. From application to daily living, the experience has been the best we could have asked for. We love the history of the location, the exposed brick and the hardwood floors are so much charm. Our loft is beautiful and it just feel like home, comfortable and inviting. We have no plans on leaving anytime soon!
My husband and I love this apartment complex and we feel extremely safe. All units have different layouts which I love personally! The staff here are very responsive and respectful.
