What an amazing historical location and an amazing place to live. All of the office and maintenance staff I've met have been nothing short of awesome. Supremely helpful and pleasant to make conversation with. This building is old, yes, but it feels new. It feels like home and I'm glad me and my roommates found it. Drayton is absolutely one of the most beautiful places I have seen. Walking into Drayton is like no other experience. The integrity of the mill has been kept alive. Spartanburg's history being kept alive is very important to me and others. Drayton succeeded. The markets are a must!! The retail spaces and restaurants are unmatched. I have spent time enjoying Drayton for many years now and hope others will come out and do the same!
My husband and I love this apartment complex and we feel extremely safe. All units have different layouts which I love personally! The staff here are very responsive and respectful.
We have really enjoyed our experience at Drayton Mills Lofts. From application to daily living, the experience has been the best we could have asked for. We love the history of the location, the exposed brick and the hardwood floors are so much charm. Our loft is beautiful and it just feel like home, comfortable and inviting. We have no plans on leaving anytime soon!
I absolutely love living at Dayton Mills. I used to live here and wouldn’t have wanted to live anywhere else. The apartment was in perfect condition when I moved in and the staff were always so quick to help whenever I had questions or needed help!
