First-time homeowner / curtain buyer and they helped me through the whole process from ideation and showing me options I didn't even know existed to installing the curtains and taking the old ones down to upcycle so I felt good about not adding to landfill! We had Drapery Connection install plantation shutters in our house 10+ years ago and recently needed to have some broken louvers replaced. They researched their old records and were able to order replacement louvres of the same color, etc. You’d never know that the shutter was repaired. This is an outstanding company that provides high quality products and top notch installation services. And they stand by their products and offer outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
Amazing customer service 12 years later. With daily use, the traversing rod drapery we installed back in 2013 finally wore out. We called Drapery Connections back to help us figure out what to do---fully expecting to have to buy all new drapery hardware. To our surprise, instead of suggesting we buy new, They sent out a technician to repair it! Well run, family owned companies with integrity do still exist! We highly recommend Drapery Connection for beautiful custom work and excellent customer service.
