When we moved into our new home I had Drapery Connection do the window treatments on all our windows. Recently, one of the strings on a shade broke and I took it into Drapery Connection in Downers Grove for repair. The last time I had them restring a shade I was charged $30. When I received a call from them saying my shade was ready to be picked up, the charge was said to be $80. When I went to pick up the shade, the charge was $85.
