I was hesitant to make the appointment because of painful past experiences with other dentist in Charlotte.. Deborah was the best and left me not dreading my next appt. Super friendly staff.
Every one is polite, friendly & respectful.
Both my husband and I are blind. I have a guide dog. We've been going here for years now and...well, no one likes going to the dentist, but when it has to be done, I'm glad we have a place such as this. We're always treated with respect and consideration. They've never had a problem with my dog, and I'm not treated like a child, as so often happens with people who have disabilities. I'm treated like they actually care about me as a person and I appreciate that.
This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the hygienist that cleaned my teeth and took x-rays. I am sorry that I was unable to meet Dr. Draper but Dr. Johnson was extremely nice and told me what needed to be done in the future.
Thanks for making my first visit to your office a good experience. From the ladies at the front desk, Miss Lib, Dr. Johnson and the check out, everyone was very pleasant, professional and made the visit more relaxing.
