I've bought three vehicles from here. There's never any pressure, and all three vehicles have been great! Gary (the owner) is great to work with!
If you are looking for a car with lots of problems and unforeseen bills costing well into the $10k range, look no further than Draper Auto! After research and multiple mechanic's looking over the car, the car has been completely submerged underwater or left out in the rain for a prolonged period of time. Gary never mentioned anything of this sort, he told me it had a screen that flickered but no check engine lights on; or other error messages on the dashboard of the BMW. Very friendly responsive and went to great lengths to try to help get financing.
Response took several days. Once they did respond they were very rude to deal with. Not sure they understand how the negotiation process works. Would not recommend dealing with them.

Excellent experience. Good people. Negotiations were awkward probably because of me more than the dealer. I didn't get the deal I thought would be fair price for me.
Great place to buy a vehicle.
All i received 5 days after I sent the request, was a 5 word response telling me the vehicle was under contract.
