We checked out a couple of lenders. Draper and Kramer clearly set themselves apart and showed us they were the best choice. Here's why I suggest using them above any other lender: They were personable and quite helpful in sending out reminders (THANKS again Courtney!!) Mark was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. This is the second time we have worked with him and he always gets us the best deal while understanding our needs and ensuring we work within a financial envelope we are comfortable with. The loan officer, Mark Grego was really kind, informative, patient and always available to us all through our home search which took us one long year! Most importantly, he was able to provide us state financial support for first time home buyers. The staff we communicated were all very kind and prifessional and answered all our queries and explained the process they are associated with. I also appreciate that Mark was present even for closing. It was a great experience and i would highly recommend them.
