Excellent service from beginning to end beginning with a phone call to gather information to receiving an appointment followed by a quote and seamless pickup and delivery of my sheer blinds that look brand new. Max was the team member assigned and even returned a week later to tweek one of the blind positions. He also inspected my blinds at the initial visit to make sure they would withstand the cleaning process which was very much appreciated. Had new tenants moving in and needed to get all the blinds cleaned. Rebecca at the office was fantastic to deal with in all aspects from the initial call to final re installation. Pleasure to deal with and would recommend to anyone looking to get their blinds cleaned!!
We were fortunate to have Max as our technician. He was on time and removed our drapes that were in our condo for a year and took them out to clean. They came back in perfect condition, he rehung them beautifully, even better, as the small gap in the middle did not appear any longer. Obviously I highly recommend Drape Master.
