Denied my purolator shipping. I paid purolator to ship the blind there but because I had no estimate written, even tho I communicated by telephone and email they denied the blind.
I am 100% satisfied with the work done on our wool rug, and the friendly service. I will not go anywhere else for my cleaning needs.
Drapemaster was able to remove my dog's urine stain from my parent's brand new Luminettes and saved the day for me! I'm very grateful to the Drapemaster team & will continue to rely on them my future needs!
I couldn't have asked for better service from main office to pick up and delivery. They came to oshawa from Toronto to remove and came back and rehung my window coverings. Rebecca in the office was amazing to work with and the two gentlemen that did the service calls were just that gentlemen, efficient and courteous. I have already recommended Drape Master and i will use them again
