Horrible customer service.... repairs were not completed....NO RESPONSE FROM OWNER AFTER 4 WKS OF CONTACT!!!! $1400 down the drain that will me (70 yr old widow) thousands of dollars to repair!!!!
I was very impressed with Drakes Construction and Restoration. They were very reasonable in price. Their crews arrived on time every day at 8AM. Their crew was very experienced and did a great job. I was also impressed with their office staff who assisted me with interactions with the insurance company. The owner, Brian, was on site several times and answered every question honestly.
