Compliments to Paul Marshall for being so prompt and thorough setting up my sprinkler system in the house I moved into. The system had been shut down for several months. He checked it out completely, adjusted the sprinkler heads, set the schedule, and did a backflow test. I have had only good service from 7Dees.
Buyer beware! We did business with Drake and it was the worst mistake of our lives. He never did what he said he was going to do once he got our $10,000.00 deposit. After 4 months of holding us up we fired him and do you know what he did? He added another $6,000.00 to the bill and is putting a lien on our home if we don't pay it! I asked for weekly maintenance and irrigation repair way back in late March. Never got it and it's now July. We began our relationship way back in April. We asked for weekly maintenance and irrigation repair. It's July and we STILL have not received what we asked for. Apparently they are wanting to move into design. We didn't like their design. I don't think it's natural to put a wetland plant on a dry hillside or a dark corridor. I understand the need for balance but a yard is a living being not a bookcase. You can't balance it out that way. So we opted out of the design. And boy were we punished.
