We gave it two chances. First chance, 2 weeks ago we ordered for pickup through a food app. Got there, and they had given our food away to another customer. Waited 45 minutes for the order to be made (even though the original was ready 20 mins after we ordered). They offered us a $25 gift card (on a $75 order) for the next time we come back. RecommendedMe and my husband love going to drakes! Service is ALWAYS on point and food is delicious. This is our go to spot for date nights. I love the drinks but I do think they are a bit pricey. Overall 9/10
