I have to take time out to applaud the excellent customer service we received on Wednesday when we decided to try out Drake's for the first time in celebration of my husband's birthday. There had been a mix-up with one of our orders. It was no big deal. The waitress noticed right away and input the correct order for us and when it came a man, whom I presume to be the manager, came up to us, apologized and took the meal off of our bill.
