My experience with this Britny Escarcega was very frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, and it often took a long time to get a response to important questions. At times it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Buying or selling a home is a major decision, and clients rely on clear and timely communication from their agent. Would give zero 0 stars if it was possible. Do not recommend dealing with this agency. Very unprofessional. Orna Kadish, could have been much more straightforward - which would’ve saved my party both money and time. We were in a tight time crunch and the practice of better business ethics would have been much appreciated.
Very disappointed with my experience with Drake Realty. Orna Kadish was the broker for a property that I was trying to rent. She led us to believe one thing while doing another. We were told by the owner that we were perfect for the house, given a move-in date, provided an account to submit the deposit, and even signed the drafted lease. I strongly advise against using this agency, especially Orna Kadish. After five weeks of consistent communication, touring the home twice, and fully signing the lease, Orna abruptly canceled our lease just 10 days before move-in in order to rent the property to someone else—without providing any valid explanation.
