We actually spoke to a live person on the phone when we called that is always nice. Drew and Bob were on time and really new what they were talking about. These guys were great really made us feel better about haveing bed bugs. Drew and Vince got rid of the bed bugs. Fair prices and came out same afternoon I called. Would reccommend them very much nice guys
