Not a bad place to live just mind your business and you'll be ok around here. Not an environment that's too fond of police activity and selective politicing. Apartment is cool but not in the best of area if you know where you really are. For the most part I just go to work and stay out of the way.
We here at Drake Manor have been given a awesome management team both Blanca & Haliey & our maintenance team have taken the time to make this complex a successful place to live. They have cleaned out all the crazy tenants and have made it a more peaceful joyous place to live. They engage with everyone here to make it feel like a big family where we all watch out for each other. They make our monthly events fun . Finally we have an awesome staff here . Thanks to our management team for everything.
Beautiful location. The management team really cares about the residents and upkeeping the space to the best their ability.
It's a sad situation when we have a pool guy who comes and only uses the net to clean the pool im sitting here watching him and in 7 min he is done . Doesn't run the pump filters or ck the water pH levels . A wonderful follow-up on pool just spoke to management and they are on top of it . Our new manager Blanca is super cool when something is brought to her attention she will get on it.
