Met Leah and she acted interested and excited in the job. Once payment was in hand she was flaky and kept putting off and changing appointment dates at the last minute with no appreciation for stated timelines. Unprofessional. I expected her to lead the project as an expert, explain the process clearly, and listen to my goals. Unfortunately, she wasted time on things I told her I would handle, didn't listen to my needs, and fell well short of delivering on her promised partnership.
