Recommendednever had a problem with any of Scott to Drake's products for many years
good work, did engine build and install along with a t-5 swap. The did a fabulous job. and the hour wages they charge is way less than what it actually takes.
I have a 65 Mustang and bought SD rear lowing kit #CZZ-5705-LK1. I read other reviews on this item and some said the u-bolts were to wide. It’s true! These bolts do not fit a 65 Mustang. I had to go out and buy new u-bolts that would fits. $40 for both sets. Why are you still selling these if they don’t fit? Or sell them with different bolt sets to fit all transmission. Should have listen to the reviews.
Back in August last year I bought an 8K Rally Pack for my '66 Mustang. It sat in the box until this weekend when I finally had time to install it. All worked great except the light circuit. When I measured it it was dead short to ground (tach. side). When I opened, it became obvious why. The wire was pinched in between the case and the bracket that the 2 screws attach to. Generally I had good experience with Scott Drake parts, but this one not so much.

Have you tried to file a warranty or replacement claim with the reseller you purchased from?
Being an authorized dealer I have sold and installed many of their parts with out any issues.
Customer service was poor never again...like i didn't matter as a customer
Bought a set of styled steel wheels for my '66. They wobbled. One was out of round by over 1 centimeter side to side. Terrible quality. Called SD, and they did talk to me at length about them, how to check them, how they were built and quality control. Took them to another specialty wheel shop with lug centric equipment, high speed balancing, etc. (Rod's Wheel repair, Goodlettsville, TN) They told me they were horrible. I purchased a heater hose elbow for my '70 Mustang, part # D0AZ-18599A. The threaded portion is supposed to be 1/2" NPT, it's not. I called your company and was told it must be "Just a single bad one" I ordered a replacement, same thing. Just to verify I tried screwing it into a 1/2" NPT coupling, no go. This spring I ordered a brake proportioning valve from you, it leaked, I called and was told the same thing "Just a single bad one". I got another that also leaked.
