horrible customer service and support, I contacted customer support about a turn signal switch that is faulty and asked about returning it for warranty never got a response or credit! Poor quality parts and horrible service I will not be recommending you to anyone
Thanks Scott Drake for responding and taking care of my problem. I had a problem with a seat belt that I had purchased. Jerry gave me a phone call (not email) to take care of the problem. I thought it was great just to call as most people want to just email to take care of the problem. He quickly sent me out a replacement part and arrived in only a couple days.
I purchased not one, but two of your fuel doors for my car from a Drake vendor. Both arrived scratched due to packaging from Drake's warehouse. The vendor graciously offered refunds. But I have attempted to reach a helpful person at Drake to try and get someone to find a door that has not been packaged in a horrible manner that I can purchase and nobody will help. Well, called your customer service line today about a rear sequential tail light harness I bought in the past for my 2010 Challenger. Part number is 220-0815-006. The left two tail lights (of eight total) stay on all the time even when car off/power off. As it drains battery I've had to disconnect the wire harness. Been stopped by police and explain the problem and have avoided a ticket (up to now). I need a replacement as when I bought replacement harness from your company discarded the original.
