Had an issue with my plumbing I couldn't for the life of me figure out. Not that I would fix it, but I didn't even understand it. They sent Omar by right away, and it took him about 5 mins to diagnose and get to work. He was a good communicator, and worked out the issue on multiple floors. Great stuff.
Omar is the man! Best plumber and company hands down.
