Ok... Where I come from, it can take weeks to get a plumber, if you can get one at all! But here in Kitchener, at my daughter's place, I called DrainTech Plumbing at 11:26 AM, and an appointment was made for the 1:00 to 3:00 time slot, and they were here and done by 5 minutes to 1:00! Amazing! They cleared a stubborn blockage that caused a mess in the basement laundry tub and a smelly backup into the kitchen sink upstairs!
