Amazing service. Derek and Brett were able to diagnose my problem with my leaking basement and explained thoroughly how they came about it. Went above and beyond my expectations, thanks guys.
I contacted them in April 2022 to scope the drains of the house we just bought. I was told that someone would come by sometime in May as their staff was tight. No problem. May came and went without hearing from them and I reached out again in June to see what happened. They said tight staffing again and said they’d reach out in a few weeks. This never happened so in mid-July I phoned Wet Coast Drains and they came out three weeks later on the date that they set up on the first call. We had a backup of our perimeter drains due to heavy rains on a Sunday. Derek's team came out the next day, found the blockage, and then worked closely with us over the subsequent days to address the problem and work with the municipality and insurance company. His team is very professional, and Derek communicated with us constantly to walk us through the process. Thank you for your great service, highly recommended!
