Drains Plus Drains Plus is a Bait and Switch Company. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. DRAINS PLUS is UNPROFESSIONAL and a RIPOFF! They came out to give me an estimate to repair a leak, but before they came out I had already called four other plumbers and sent them a picture of the problem from my phone. We will continue to use Drains Plus... We use Drains Plus' plumbers because they know what they are doing. I have also sent family and friends to them when they have needed a plumber. All of us have been real happy with them
The Drains Plus plumber came out quickly and I was happy with the work he did!
I am grateful for the service and repairs I received from Drains Plus. They went beyond the norm to accomodate my familys schedule. I was worried about my pipes bursting, especially because I have children. I needed the work done before it was time for me to pick them up from school. The plumber they sent was professioanl, polite, and had the work completed in no time.
I know I can really count on them! I have used Drains Plus a few times over the years, and I can only say positive things about them. The plumbers always communicated clearly with me so I always knew what they were going to do, and how much it would cost me. They were couteous and came when they said they would be here. They are the only plumbing company I will use from now on.
