The Drains Plus plumber came out quickly and I was happy with the work he did!
I am grateful for the service and repairs I received from Drains Plus. They went beyond the norm to accomodate my familys schedule. I was worried about my pipes bursting, especially because I have children. I needed the work done before it was time for me to pick them up from school. The plumber they sent was professioanl, polite, and had the work completed in no time.
Ive used Drains Plus a few times over the years, for new issues, and for things that were left unresolved by previous plumbers. I cant say anything negative about them. The technicians are courteous, and they know what theyre doing. They communicate clearly with me, so I was never left in the dark as to when theyd be there, what they were going to do, and what it would cost me. Theyre my permanent plumbing company now.
