Bob and his team did an excellent job replacing the storm drain around our house. They were professional, efficient, and completed everything in a timely manner. I was a bit hesitant to hire this company after I heard their add on the radio. Figured they would be over the top expensive. They were a bit higher priced than a couple of other companies that quoted, but I could tell they really knew their stuff. I had water leakage in my basement and what could have been mold (but wasn’t), after a horrific rainstorm. We initially called Drainrock Industries after finding their name on the Shell Busey website. We’d had a negative experience with a plumbing company who were not able to offer any solutions for our yard drainage problem. When we called Bob Wilde from Drainrock, he and his crew (which includes his 2 sons) came out, and within 10 minutes they discovered the problem and were able to give us a solution and a quote to fix it. I experienced a crack in my foundation and water had been leaking for some time. I was introduced to this company through a friend and they were excellent start to finish. My foundation was repaired and drains scoped, etc. I was walked through the entire job before it began and the crew was extremely respectful of my property. I highly recommend this company.
