From the initial inspection through to the quote and the booking process everything went quickly and smoothly. Leesa was helpful and new what she was talking about. The operators who did the job on the day were excellent - they were efficient and given that I was interested in the process they were keen to explain how everything was done. Well done to everyone and I would highly recommend them.

Honestly could not recommend Drainline any higher. The entire team were absolutely amazing to deal with, from the woman who rang to book in our appointment who was so incredibly lovely and empathetic, to Ryan, Beau and the team who came out to our property, the whole experience was absolutely seamless. We rang on Sunday and they were at our place by Monday lunchtime, with re-lining completed Monday afternoon. We were shocked that we could even get them here this close to Christmas, let alone have everything fixed so quickly.... read more
