Not punctual. They made an appointment to come pump my septic tank for 9am. Driver Showed up 3 hours late on Saturday. We had to reschedule because of the bad rain storm at the time. so I was supposed to receive a call the following Monday to schedule me for that day. No call, so I called them at 9:45am and they said they wouldn't be able to schedule me that day because of the rain even though it wasn't raining at all Nor was the rain supposed to come until after 2pm. I took my business elsewhere.

Drainage Solutions responded to the BBB inquire on Friday 4/17/20 and scheduled a pump out with this client for Saturday 4/18/20 between 9-10 am. On Saturday morning, our office called this client and explained that due to the rain, our truck was running a little late and we would arrive between 10:30 -10:45 am. Between the rain and delay at the dump site, our driver arrived at 11:30 am and was told that she did not want her lawn dug up in the rain and that she would reschedule the appointment. ShepB Drainage Solutions diagnosed my septic problem tank problem at noon Monday, and by 1:00 pm Tuesday had drained the two tanks, replaced the pump, and installed a new alarm switch. The field crew was very professional and informative. The job site was left cleaned up. Their pricing is competitive, if not a bit lower than the bigger companies. I would rather very old house in Casselberry 3 years ago with an equally old septic tank. 4 * I had another company whose name I don't want to mention come out to pump my tank. I am one old lady who lives alone. Today I had the pleasure of having Abraham and James come to my house. These guys are amazing not only for how kind and knowledgeable they are but how willing to work they are. Terrible with scheduling every time we have scheduled them they’re more than 20 minutes late. To 01.16.2019 they were more than 30 minutes late to the scheduled service time and when I called to complain they told me to give a hard time to the person who was going to service. Then when I called to reschedule they told me to just call someone else. Extremely unprofessional and worst customer service I have experienced with a business to business company.
This company is aweful. They lie and cheat. The owner Frank overcharged me for service then when I called to discuss it every time he said he couldn't talk and would call me back. He never did. He is a liar and a thief. After the service when I told them I needed someone to come and turn my sprinklers back on they said they would have to charge me for it.
