Over the past few years I've had Drain Town Rooter replace a couple of toilets, bathroom faucets and fix a leak in my master bathroom tub. This time Derek and another technician replaced my water heater. Everything went smoothly and they did a great job with the install. I would definitely recommend!!!
I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but Joshua has me making an exception., his customer service and amazing attitude just made me feel like I made the right decision in calling Drain Town instead of another plumbing service. He was very honest about what needed to be done he didn’t beat around the bush instead went right into it and dealt with the issue head on. Drain Town has gained a customer for life thanks to Joshua.
