My neighbor and I had a shared drain that run mostly under his property (it was his gutter runoff). Unfortunately, the drain overflowed during heavy rains. The Drain Town Rooter team spent several hours hydro-jetting the drain. A week later we got another heavy rain and this time there was no overflow. I had an Enviro water filtration system installed and bathroom faucets and shower heads replaced. From start to finish, Jared was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, helpful, on time, and finished within the stated time frame. This is the 4th time I have used Draintown Rooter, and I cannot imagine a better plumbing service! Derek came on time and was able to resolve the problem in a timely manner. I also like that he educates customers on the cause of the plumbing problems. Very professional and excellent at his job.
