I called about a leaky drain trap in my house. Everyone was very prompt & polite, however there was some serious upselling before my repair could be made. There was a Platinum, gold, & silver repair options which included replacing water lines. Not sure how replacing my perfectly good water lines makes for a “platinum” repair on my drain line.
