Drain Surgeon has been incredibly reliable and helpful to me for near twenty years. We are doing the second big project now (relocating pressure tank) and they are just terrific to work with.
Recently had Drain Surgeon out for a boiler issue. Contacted them on Sunday afternoon and they were out Monday morning at 8AM to diagnose and resolve the issue within a couple of hours. Very responsive, professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!
Drain Surgeon saved the day and saved my pipes from bursting! The last Winter storm caused a power outage which was especially terrifying due to record freezing temperatures. Drain Surgeon helped us protect our home, ensured our pipes had drained and even managed to pump antifreeze in my heating system pipes. Thank you for your fast response and efficiency!
Very thankful for Rob and Kevin, they fixed 3 problems in under 2 hours, were incredibly friendly, and reasonably priced. I also really appreciate that they wore booties on their shoes to keep our home clean on this rainy day. Thank you!!!
We had to repeatedly ask them to come back to fix poor workmanship. After paying the final invoice we have had to fight for several months for them to come back and finish the job and they have just ghosted us. They are the least professional business we have ever hired.
