Drain Right did a good job installing our new gutters a few years ago. Initially there was some leaking underneath in a section on the front, but they came back and fixed it and there has been no problem since. The technician came after hours and on a weekend to make it right, installing some extra flashing that was needed in that section. (The other gutters installed were error free). The guys showed up at our house this morning ready to go to work and work they did. They replaced about a 20’ section of gutter that was damaged by a fallen tree a few months ago and they replaced the gutter guard all the way around the whole house. They did an excellent job and were here and gone in about 4 hours.
My job was not an easy or straightforward job. And it was small job at that and it is hard to find a contractor that cares to do small jobs even if they are straightforward and easy. But Jimmy and Bo and Billy took very good care of me and my old house. You might have to wait a little while since all contractors are busy this time of year but for their kindness, finesse/skill and the affordability they are well worth the wait. I know who I’m going to call when I’m ready to upgrade all my fascia and gutters. Thank you guys!
Waited 6 weeks with no word. They then told me I needed to send an email. I did. They were scheduled to be here today and of course, no call, no show.
These guys damaged our roof, bent the shingles, didn't put the guards back in (secured) and there was still a bunch of dirt in all the gutter corners. I was on the roof then the guy showed up - he must be used to people not checking their work. But I noticed the bent shingles immediately from the ground, and then a few days later my guards are blowing off the gutters. back up I go and the dirt they were supposed to clean out is sitting the the corners of the gutters. these guys cost me more than just what i paid them.
