HomeAdvisor connected me with a recommended plumber in the morning. We set up a time 3 p.m. He showed up on time, diagnosed why I had no hot water coming out of a shower, had me approved a work order, went to Ace Hardward to get the clogged diverter, installed the new part and was finished by 4:30 p.m. Prompt, fast work, accurate diagnosis and fix. Problem to solution, all in one day.
Gave very good description of issues, recommendations & costs.
$100 charge seemed a little high to do an inspection.

The technician was professional, arrived on time and replaced our kitchen faucet within a couple of hours and at a good price. We are very pleased with the result and would hire him again!
