Very professional
The contractor quoted a price with and without a specific part. He could not get the specific part, yet charged me the entire amount of his quote (including the part he did not acquire).
The water come out of my bath tub is yellow. So i called them. they are very kind, checked my tub and utilities, explained to me the most possible reasons. I m satisfied.
The hard part is being able to get multiple estimates, especially if under a time constraints. So I don't know if what I was charged was reasonable. I felt that the charge was a little high. However, the work and service would offset this for the most part. This is not a tipping type of job. I just to want to pay for the work as I feel the courtesy should be something I'm not charged but standard. Especially if they want a repeat customer

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry we were late. We don't give price quotes over the phone so I'm confused about the claim that we were higher than the quote given on the phone. Thanks for the business and I hope we can make it up next time.

I questioned if I had a leak due to flooring around stool. There was not a leak so $150 was a lot of money. However, it was my choice to have them remove and replace the stool for my own satisfaction. Plumber was courteous, prompt and worked quickly.
Other than a few missteps at the beginning (not remembering what my project was, the van breaking down so we had to rescheduled a couple times) which were pretty annoying as a homeowner taking time off work, the quality of work was excellent. We had a mystery leak in an old house, and when we opened the wall, found more work than anticipated. They guided us through each decision, and made sure we knew all of the options. I was pleased with the replacement of my water heater and felt the plumber went above and beyond by making sure to replace a faulty older turn off valve with a better lever type turn off as well as the piping connected to all of it. Not originally discussed in the price but I wasn't charged any more for it. I was also advised of other valves to watch out for replacement in the future. I would definitely recommend this company!
