Patrick was super friendly, professional, and efficient. He was quick to get to the house, diagnosed the problem and offered a fair quote for the job. He cleaned up after himself and wouldn't leave until he was sure everything was all set. He even emailed the next day to check on how things were going. Great service. I would hire again.

Patrick Wilson showed up within 1 hour after contacting him about gurgling toilets and clogged drains. He was very professional and explained in detail what the problem appeared to be (ended up snaking the sewer line), The problem again happened later that night - I contacted him and he said he'd be over first thing in the morning. We had a reported gurgling toilet and slow drain in a rental property in Waldorf, MD, about 35 miles from where Patrick Wilson is based. He was down at the property within an hour and couldn't really find anything after snaking out the main line, but did say he told the tenants to not flush baby wipes down the drain as they do not dissolve like toilet paper. He charged us only a $75 service call which I felt was more than reasonable. He seemed very honest and trustworthy and I will definitely use him again!

The Drain Pro guy, Patrick Wilson, was responsive from the start, and answered my emails on the weekend about my need to replace a sump pump. He gave me an email estimate by email that was very reasonable and stuck by the price after work was completed. He came the next day, did a very professional job, cleaned up afterwards, and explained the features of the new pump. This was one my best experiences with a firm like this. And the individual, Patrick Wilson, was very professional. I would definitely seek his services again.
Completely professional and pleasant to deal with. Arrived promptly and performed the necessary work in a thorough and professional manner. The bill was very reasonable. On the basis of this work, I've hired him to come back and do some serious work on a 50 year old bathroom.
When I got home from work on 10/11/13-- there was some flooding in the basement. I immediately went to the sump pump and realized that it was not working. I tried several things-- but to no avail.
