We called drain pro and waited for a plumber to show up. Called several times and then was told "on my way" 5 hours later no plumber no call and when we called did not have the decency to answer. It is Friday and if we would have known he wasn't going to be able to make it we could have called a different plumber. Horrible and would not recommend.

It had been ten years since my furnace had been serviced, so when I called Drain Heating and Air, owner Keith took my call, he was personable and a patient listener. You would think those qualities would be a given in Boise service related fields, but we have found that not to be the case with other Boise plumbing companies. They installed a new furnace and water heater at a new location from the old appliances (they were moved from one side of a wall inside our house to the other side of the wall in our garage). They also upgraded our main gas line from our meter to be a 1" line instead of a 3/4" line, and ran a few new feet of gas line through our garage ceiling to where our range is so we could install a gas range.
