I am upgrading my rating and updating this review after speaking with the owner. He corrected the overbilling after returning from a trip out of town. I will update this review further when and if we get a chance to work with them again to see if I can return the 1 star I deducted for having to deal with this over a 2+ week period. The effort and professionalism by their technician, Slater, would have earned them 5 stars if it wasn't for the difficulty convincing the staff of the overbilling. I didn't want to do this because the tech, Slater, that arrived was quite professional but management has left me no choice. They demand your Visa or MC up front "for their protection" and then if you don't ask, you don't know what you are getting into. The tech and I were exploring a clogged perimeter drain and I approved an extra expense for him to unload and use a tool that I'm sure is quite expensive. Great service from Drain Pro, they came out to fix my sink a couple of hours after I spoke to them. Great email communication and Ty was efficient, polite and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.
