Should have listened to other reviews. Had to call them numerous times to see where the technician was. I wasn’t called and told they were running late or anything. A different guy showed up and took three hours to get my hot water tank out of my condo. Wasn’t in a difficult place and I had everything out of the way. I even had to help the technician with a couple things. I was quoted under $2000. I just looked at my online statement and it’s $2283. Last week, we had a multi-task plumbing job done by Ty and Skylar from Drian Pro. Firstly, the quote was over $1,000 less than one from a national competitor. The work was extensive: install and relocate toilets, install new water heater and three bathroom faucets, replace various valves and shut offs. They were here early and done by 3 pm - great job. I would highly recommend them. A quote costs you nothing.
