Placed an order on May 27th, still hasn’t been shipped yet (June 17th). No response via email or Facebook. Nobody answers the phone when I call from the other side of the world (NOT cheap). Where is my refund?

We have been using Drain-Net products for years and they really help prevent drain backups at our restaurant.
The Garbage Disposal Flat Strainer works great for our commercial kitchen. It arrived fast, was easy to install and is very durable. I recommend them.
We recently used their Drain Strike product in our office and warehouse restrooms. We haven't had a back up since. We plan on using them in all rhfs locations!
