I had called another plumbing company due to sewage backing up in my shower. The company said I could have an appointment in 8 days. I called Drain Masters and they sent Zach out within 45 minutes. He and his apprentice did a great job and solved my problem quickly. I will only call Drain Masters. I had another occasion to use Drain Masters Plumbing and Drain Service. Derrick came out around 7 on Sunday, Dec the 29th. He snaked the drain and our problems were solved. Great job by Derrick and DrainMasters. Definitely will call them if need be.

Awesome experience! We've had some bad plumbing experiences before with other companies, but now that I know what a great job Drain Masters does we will always call them! We had a water main break in the evening, called Drain Masters because they are 24 hours, and they expertly and cheerfully helped us through the entire ordeal to get water back in just a few hours.
