Michael was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable! Fixed both our toilets and the tub fixtures. The receptionist was also very prompt in letting us know when they would arrive.

Your employee uncloged the drain using the "snake". He tried to untighten a nut for making room for the snake. He could not untighten the nut neither by hand nor using the pliers. He banged in the connection hoping to succeed. It did not work and then he cut the long drain pipe. He succefuly uncloged the drain. He connected the cut drain pipe using the rubber connector, he reconnected everthing back as seen in the attached picture.For the moment everything was working, but next morning under the sink I found a lot of water. ... read more

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. I contacted this company for a recurring basement drain backup. After multiple visits, I was given different explanations each time, and each visit resulted in additional recommendations and charges, without a lasting fix.
