Very unhappy with the service by this company. Had a leak in our kitchen from the sink area. Plumber arrived at the last possible moment during their time window. Instead of properly analyzing what the issue was he came up with two solutions to fix. The employee left for a another hour to get parts which could have easily been picked up at home depot. Excellent service.
Everything was smooth from the initial call to set up the appointment to the technician coming over. Everyone was very polite and nice. Special shout out to Michael (who was the technician that came over), he was very kind and informative! He broke down what the issue was and provided various fixes I could go with at different price points so I could choose the one I am most comfortable with. He also provided his own insight and recommended what the best fix is and why. Would definitely recommend!!
