I had a slight discrepancy in my service request in which an agent called me back within 2 hours and offered to have it addressed immediately. He was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure that everything was right. Perfect example of customer service!

Thank you Drain King and Service Technician Deante. My kitchen sink was plugged and after plunging for hours on the referral of a friend I called Drain King. Deante was at my home within a couple hours and cleared my drain in less than an hour. He could not have been more calm, friendly, qualified and quick to determine where the drain was plugged. While I don’t look forward to my own drain clogging again, I’d use Drain King again as well as refer them to others.
Had a different drain company tell me after spending $1050 my main drain was totally collapsed at 70ft and it was going to cost me $7500 to replace and line the main sewer line. I called the city with the other companies diagnosis and was told to get a second opinion and they recommend Drain King. Ron came out, was diligent and relentless and found that the problem was not a collapsed pipe but roots at 100ft and cleared the line. Drain King is awesome.
I had two other plumbers tell me that replacing a lift pump would cost over $1,200. Drain King came for free, after hours, and then did the work for less than $300. This was 2 months ago, and the pump has been working fine since. Nice to know that this company is honest, fast and does't gouge people. The other companies wouldn't tell me how long the project would take, only that it would be so expensive. Drain King was fast and honest! thanks!!
