This 1 star review is in regards to the manager Alicia and not the men who go out on location. I had a great experience with the man who came out to check my clogged sink. I had put Draino in it the night before which I thought did not work but he quickly realized that I just needed to turn on the garbage disposal. I immediately asked how much I would owe for the help, realizing that it was quite silly that he had to come out to turn on the disposal for me. He told me I would not be charged for anything. No warantee for their work. – We used this company to install a new toilet a few months back. When the toilet did not work properly after a few months, they did not want to come back to fix it. I will not use this company again since they do not warranty their work.
