replaced the main water shut off valve
I live on the East Coast, but needed two faucets replaced and a toilet re-installed at my rental property in Concord. Mike (plumber at Drain Doctors) was very understanding, answered all my questions via phone calls and worked around my tenants' schedule. After he was finished he called and provided a summary of his completed work. Price was fair. I will keep his number and will call him for any future plumbing needs.

Had bad experience. Mike came late and somehow the cold water shutoff valve broke when he tried to turn it. He told me the valve was not installed properly, but it seemed he was just forcing the it when he supposed to stop and inspect. We ordered replacement gas valve from Whirlpool and Mike installed it a few days later after replacing the water valve. He just blew the gas valve pilot light pipe thread by forcing it in a slanted way. I end up decided to hire our old plumber to replace this 2-year old water heater with a who... read more
