My sewage has been backing up into my basement. I tried fixing it myself with an Auger, no luck. I called Drain Doctor on a recommendation from a landlord friend of mine who uses these guys often. After working with Fred, I can see why he uses them. They were on time, and got right to it. Fred even took the time to explain preventative maintenance tips so things like this wouldn't happen again. I will call them first next time.
Great conscientious plumbing service with integrity. We have known and worked with Drain Doctor for nearly ten years. They have replaced a garbage disposal and water heater for us. They also participated in remodeling our main bathroom, replacing the shower and tub and all of the plumbing hardware, faucets, shower heads and handles. Also set a new toilet and a new sink and all of the plumbing that goes with that. They are so easy and great to work with!
