Had this company come out for drain back up at one of our rental units. Checked tub/sink in the kitchen but ignored the commode. Less than 2 weeks later now we have the same issue after just moving a new renter in less than 24 hours ago. Called this company last night around 7 pm but they couldn’t go out said they would be there in the morning around 9. Never showed. Called about having a main drain pipe replacement. Already got one quote extremely high in price so shopping around was a must . Called drain dr was told they would come out the next day to take a look and give me a quote - never came never called. Called them they said they were super busy but would come in a couple days . 5 days go by they never come never call . So I call them back , and they tell me to just move on . Called in on a Friday to schedule an appointment for Monday. The man I spoke to was extremely rude and short of patience as I was inquiring about a service call. I thanked him for his time and ended the call quickly... apparently he doesn’t need our business which is fine but practicing good customer service goes a long way.
