Never Recomend I would have given a 0 star rating - however, that option is not available. I had a issue with a drain. I was at work, so my neighbor let the service Tech in. The Tech called to let me know the he would have to pull the toilet to fix the drain. He said he would replace the toilet. About 8 wks later the toilet started to become quite loose - and you could hear water when another toilet in the house or faucet was being used. I call and talked to the owner.
