⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Drain City Plumbing came out on an emergency call after a fencing contractor accidentally ruptured my main water line with a jackhammer. Their crew responded immediately and was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They had my main line fully repaired and my water back up and running almost immediately! Drain City has been our preferred Vendor for Plumbing and Sewer Lines since they showed us how honest, reliable, and affordable they were. The team at Drain City is responsive and communicative, and works fast while maintaining high quality work. Drain City has done extensive work for our clients (Main line replacement) as well as small jobs and each job is done with care and intention. Drain City is the only Plumbing Company we use as we know they are going to be reliable, prompt, and deliver.

Tony is a total professional. He answered the phone when I called, made time to give me an estimate, undercut all other company estimates, was here with his crew on time for 5 straight days, worked clean, left no mess, and even made several trips back just to make sure that everything was working properly. We are extremely happy with the repairs that Tony and his crew performed, and I would recommend Drain City to anyone looking for fair pricing and professional resuts.

Tony did a lot of work for us, new water heater, fixed leaks and plumbing, and has did general maintenance on our water line to fridge. He was prompt, very communicative and transparent, and found pricing to be fair for the work. Will definitely use as our go to plumbing team here on out. Highly recommend
