I received three responses from my request on Angi's list. Tony from drain City was the fastest reply but he was also friendly. He came out to do my estimate the following afternoon and early the following morning he and his crew were early and quickly replaced my water heater. Friendly, fast and reliable - solid work.

DRAIN CITY is the plumbing company to use. They replace my tankless water heater at the best price around. They completed the job within the exact timeframe they quoted we’re on time and cleaned up. They were user-friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.!!

Drain City Plumbing was my final choice after getting several bids. The price was fair because the fix ended up being more extensive than we thought. I was quoted some ridiculous numbers by the other companies. Tony's crew worked efficiently and smoothly getting a large job done in two days. Great guys. We have some other things we need to do and we’ll use Tony and his guys again. Highly recommend.

Our initial experience was excellent. However, after the work was completed, we discovered that the three hot water heaters installed by Drain City Plumbing were not up to code. More importantly, the installation failed to resolve our primary concern — the lack of on-demand hot water. We would not recommend this company as a plumbing contractor due to their lack of follow-up and poor communication both during and after the installation process.
