Terrible customer service. And Juan the plumber did not keep his word. He said if the snaking of my kitchen sink doesn't work, I will not have to pay. It worked for 1 hour and I contacted him. I never got my money back. He said the problem was bigger and I would need to have a pipe changed, so why not be honest and refund me my money or even offer to put it towards the bigger job. He sent out two young non-experienced guys 10 days later and they opened the sink line and said, "yea it's a bigger problem".... lol, I think I kn... read more
Great job on my repipe and shutoff valve install. All workers were super clean, respectful and had timely responses to all questions. Also helped with financing!! Highly recommend them.
