Called at 8am, and arranged to turn up at midday. Turned up, cleared the blockage, found the problem, fixed that, advised on a more permanent fix and were gone in 45 minutes. Polite and professional with good communications. Will use again.

We asked Andrew to try and unblock our stormwater drains. He came and tried, but was unsuccessful, charging us $430 for about an hours work. He left in a hurry, taking one of the screws for our downpipe with him. Disappointing all round.
