The absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a shop. My family and I travel full-time in our RV, and we’re from Texas. We needed new axles installed, and they not only got us in immediately but also provided the best service. Every person in the shop — from Emily on the phone to Maciej the owner and the shop guys — was super friendly, personable, honest, and affordable. Squeezed us in on the Friday before the long weekend, replaced the axle on our boat trailer by the end of the day. Very kind and helpful staff and owner. Beyond grateful that they got us back on the road to our fishing trip.
The leaf spring pin on my works Hino 338 failed and was in a tight bind to get truck fixed in one day, Ok Tire Commercial suggested Drago's. Dropped the spring off and wasn't sure if it would get done same day BUT they managed to get the pin and new u-bolts done in a few hours.
I needed suspension parts for my travel trailer, called around and Dragos could get me parts the fastest as well as the lowest price. Emily at the front was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Although I did the work myself, so I can't speak on the shops work but all the guys were nice and answered a bunch of my questions with no hesitations.
To update my last review, where I was given an estimate and the final bill was $500 more than that. I've noticed that since getting my leaf spring replaced there is this loud banging when I go over big bumps. I took my truck to my mechanic to look at this and the problem is that my hitch is hitting the leaf springs! The only solution is to cut part of the hitch down so this will not happen anymore..
