Had the lights on dashboard light up and took my truck to another repair shop. After spending money on parts and repairs and a few return trips, the problem still wasn't resolved and I was told to take it to the dealer. Took the truck in today to Dragos Autopro, mechanic identified the issues, one being a very poor attempt by the other shop to repair a wire. Parts ordered and I was on my way in a very short time. Had a very serious "tire" issue driving in to Kamloops late on a Sunday night. I had no clue where to go in Kamloops, but was suggested I try Drago's. The girls at the front were so incredible, very busy on a Monday morning but they shuffled stuff around to be able to get my truck in and diagnose the problem. Offered a very affordable safe solution. Didn't try to soak me!!! Thank you DRAGO'S!!! Great service!!! You guys were awesome!!!
Highly recommend Drago’s to anyone that needs their car fixed! The most friendly and kindest people ever. Car needed a new engine and with their amazing mechanics my car is back on the road and better than ever!! Cannot rave enough about this shop. Best shop in town! Thank you for everything you do!
Very honest and lovely crew. I was a new customer, they had a chance to screwed me and didn't, even gave me a free diagnosis due to my bad luck with a failing engine. These guys will definitely be my go to mechanic shop from now on if it was possible to give a 6 star review, I would.
Best automotive shop in town! Rob and his team always do great work, only shop in town I allow to touch my truck. If you’re looking for trustworthy service don’t hesitate to reach out to Rob he will make sure you are always well taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about this shop!
